In this last 9 weeks of the 4th quarter, we had been worked on Advanced Maya. All the parts of lesson 2 was about animating a bug scene. Most of us had done the nearly all the parts like rotating the bug making it jump also we are required to turn all of our work by this Friday so we will be working on our missing work. We did our K,W,L charts as we always do at the beginning of the class.

During this finally quarter, our class has learned some new modeling techniques and how to animate a bug in Maya.
At the start of the quarter, we learned
We then started to learn to to create the bug, we started off in Lesson 2 Part 1, where we created locators for the eyes and two antennas. The second part to this first lesson was then creating constraints for the legs. This would allow movement among them. In Lesson 2 Part 2 we are creating control curves to allow the bug to accept the animation. Lesson 2 Part 3 is when we started to learn how to use Graph Editor. This gives us the ability to properly animate not only the bug but also, all of the components that contribute to the movement. In the last part- Lesson 2 Part 4-students are finishing up what they did in part 3. This is where the jumping animation comes to life, and where we fully understand these techniques to be put towards future projects. Here is what we were asked to do: |
